Mentorship Services
We offer three categories of mentorship services:
Free Appointments

- Slots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Availability is subject to change, and users are encouraged to check regularly for open slots.
Paid Appointments
- Paid appointments provide personalized one-on-one sessions with a chosen mentor.
- Users can browse mentor profiles, select a mentor, and book a session at an hourly rate.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking.
Charity Appointments
- Charity appointments allow users to support a charity organization from our list while receiving mentorship.
- The fee paid for the session will be donated to the chosen charity.
- Users can choose from a list of participating charities during the booking process.
User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the services.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
- Users must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Free Appointments: No cancellation or refund policy applies as these are free services.
- Paid Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Charity Appointments: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund as the fee is donated to charity.
